Co-sponsored by the Institute for Diversity and Civic Life, the Center for Religion and Cities at Morgan State University, the American Council of Learned Societies, and the American Academy of Religion, this networking event and reception is designed to support and connect scholars of all career stages who are engaged in community-based research and publicly-engaged scholarship. The session will offer opportunities for attendees to discuss issues of mutual interest, make new connections, learn about each other’s work, and share resources and tools. Whether you are new to the practice of community-engaged scholarship, or have years of experience and expertise, we invite you to join us and connect with scholars working within and beyond the academy.
